"Proteome analysis (IP-MS)" is a service that analyzes immunoprecipitated and co-immunoprecipitated proteins using mass spectrometry. It analyzes tagged proteins expressed in cultured cells, endogenous proteins, and proteins interacting with tagged compounds through immunoprecipitation with specific antibodies and mass spectrometry (IP-MS). Due to its high level of difficulty, IP-MS is one of the experiments with the lowest success rates, but it achieves high accuracy and reproducibility through operations performed by LabDroid "Mahoro" (cell lysis, high-precision immunoprecipitation using magnetic beads, enzymatic fragmentation, and subsequent processing).
